As you may have noticed I have disappeared from the world of blogging over the past few months, but I'm back, hopefully regularly again. I have also re-designed my blog, but in the process seem to have lost most of the comments I had on my blog for some reason, so feel free to have a commenting spree haha.
Now for a mini update, life has just generally been crazy busy, crazy good busy, but crazy busy.
I've been on holiday to Tenerife, been to a mini Spa weekend, oh and me and the other half are actually in the process or purchasing our first flat together with a garden, and all that goes with that.
I've also worked a lot, I work six day weeks every other week and long hours.
So today I thought I would start off with a mini homeware wishlist as I seem to constantly find
Last month we headed to London, and I visited the Charlotte Tilbury store for the first time (how pretty is the store?). After lusting after all of her products for the longest time I decided it was the day to make my first purchase from Charlotte Tilbury. The product I decided to pick up was one of her lipsticks from the K.I.S.S.I.N.G. range in the shade Bitch perfect.
The shade of the lipstick is completely different to something I would usually go for, but after trying the browny-nude shade on my lips I just had to have it. It's the perfect neutral as far as I am concerned.
All of the K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipsticks have a special unique ingredient in them, the lipstick tree, an anti-oxidant designed to protect your lips from the everyday environment resulting in soft, non-dried-out lips. I hands down agree with this, the Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick leaves my lips feeling incredibly moisturised.
The K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipsticks are also said to be long-lasting, and they really are. I can easily put the lipstick on in the morning on a working day and only need to top up once. When the lipstick does start to fade it is incredibly natural too, meaning you don't have to worry about patchy lips.
I have wanted to try a few products from Charlotte Tilbury for what feels like forever now, and I am so glad this was my first purchase. I love the lipstick and the shade on my complexion. I can't wait to pick up some more shades, and try some of her other products. I have been eyeing up Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Foundation.
Have you tried any products from Charlotte Tilbury? What is your favourite product?
Walking into the Lush Oxford Street store was insane, I still can't quite get over how big and amazing the store was! Of course, visiting Lush meant a haul happened, so today I thought I would share with you all what I picked up.
The first product I had to pick up was the Down the Rabbit Hole bubble bar, a gorgeous bright bubble bar with an awakening citrus scent. This one is a Oxford Street exclusive and one I really wanted!
I also picked up the Melting Marshmallow Moment bath melt, purely for the smell - it smells like a candy shop. Alongside this the Oxford Street exclusive Cherry Blossom bubble bar went into my basket with the Pearl massage bar. I have never tried any of their massage bars before so I can't wait to give this one a go.
I couldn't resist stocking up whilst I was there so I also got two more of the current Lush Oxford Street exclusives and one I have wanted to try forever but for some reason I have never got round to actually purchasing.
I went for the Over the Rainbow bath bomb, Spring Bunny bath bomb, and the Yoga Bomb bath bomb.
My boyfriend also got me the large Rosie gift set for my birthday so I am extremely well stocked up on Lush bath products, but as usual I cannot wait to get trying them all!
