The Body Shop Honey & Oat 3-in-1 Scrub Mask review

The Body Shop honey & oat 3-in-1 scrub mask is one I've wanted to get my hands on for a long time. I may work at The Body Shop, (read my disclaimer at the bottom of this post), but this product has been out of stock for so long that I had to search high and low, and ended up getting it from another shop.

The product states it will "cleanse, polish and moisturise in one," which explains the 3-in-1 titling of this product.

As to the mask itself, for some reason the texture surprised me. It is kind of similar to a thick moisturiser with added granules within it, but on your skin feels like a regular mask. I left it on for the usual 10-15 minutes, then preceeded to take the mask off. As I took it off using a damp flannel, you could feel the granules taking action. This was the exfoliating stage of the mask taking place I believe.

"Ahh, I have a face mask on."

The end result? My skin was lovely and smooth to touch.

So, what do I think? I believe the mask does exactly what it says on the tin. It cleanses, polishes and moisturises the skin. The only thing I will say is I felt like I still needed a moisturiser, so I wouldn't skip this stage just because the mask does it.

All in all, I love the mask and I am so glad I finally got my hands on it. A great weekly treat that leaves the skin lovely and smooth. It also smells gorgeous, which is a slight bonus for anything going on your face with a smell in my eyes.

What's your favourite mask?

-Just a little disclaimer, I do work at The Body Shop and receive discount but all products mentioned on my blog unless otherwise stated as free sampling have been purchased using my own money. I would have purchased them without discount, and happily paid the full price. All opinions are purely my own and in no way a reflection of The Body Shop. I genuinely love some of their products so want to share these with you guys as my readers. Please read my disclaimer page for more information.
