So, I got paid and we all know what that means; a payday haul! Plus, I've been good not buying much beauty stuff lately soooo... well, that's what I'm telling myself anyway.
First up was a pair of shoes I've been wanting since forever but for some reason just haven't got round to buying a pair; some VANS. I wanted a dark red pair but spotted this gorgeous navy pair on offer for a little over £30 and couldn't resist the bargain. Who knew closing down shops have their advantages? Haha.
I've been doing a sit up challenge recently but was finding the floor quite hard on my back so opted to pick up this USA Pro Yoga Mat to help with that. Weirdly, I have just started doing some Yoga YouTube videos too so this is getting well used and is definitely helping with the hard floor.
A product I somehow forgot to photograph was the Bleach London Silver Shampoo. I keep seeing an advert advertising a different brand of silver shampoo and the adverts make it so good so knew I needed to get hold of some myself. It's supposed to brighten blonde, white or silver hair and get rid of any of those brassy tones. So far I'm impressed, one use and my hair already seems brighter.
Next up was a product from a brand that is heavily raved about in the blogosphere but somehow I still hadn't got round to trying any of their products. I picked up the Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette in Iconic 3, a supposed dupe for the Urband Decay Naked Palette 3. I can't wait to try this and see how it matches up to all the reviews.
I also decided to pick up my first ever Mac eyeshadows, opting for a duo palette and two eyeshadows. I went for the smaller palette in an attempt to stop me being tempted to buy a new eyeshadow every week. The first shade I went for was Beautiful Iris, a gorgeous lilac colour. The second was Cranberry, a dark red shade. I've wanted both of these shades for a while now so can't wait to get experimenting with them.
Ahhh, the product I have been so excited about since it's release was the next beauty product I picked up in my haul; the Clinique Chubby Contour Stick in 01. I actually got this reserved for me as I kept finding it out of stock but I finally have the product in my hands. So far I am loving it - it's such an easy way to contour, plus it effortlessly blends into my skin.
I also picked up one of the Bourjois So Glossy nail polishes as part of a buy one get one half price offer. I went for a pale lilac colour that was released last year; the colour is so light it is literally white with a tint of purple. I tried this the other day but wasn't sure on the formula but I'll give it another go.
