The other day I had a wander round Primark, expecting to pick up nothing and find nothing, but I actually found a fair amount. I limited myself to a few items, and this post shows you the one's that made the cut.
First up is just a basic mini skirt priced at a mere £3. This was a work purchase, with me hoping for the weather to get warmer. I thought this would be perfect for when it gets too hot to wear jeans. I love the style and how it fits, definitely worth the £3. They come in a range of colours as well, so if a navy one isn't your thing I'm sure they'd be one in a colour that is your thing.
I also picked up this striped dress. It reminded me of one I saw in New Look a while back but could never track down in my size. It's of the bodycon style with three quarter length sleeves. I believe it'll be a dress perfect for both day and night, especially if I were to dress it up with a bit of jewelry. This cost me £5.
The last clothing item I picked up was another optimistic pick, a bikini. I always find with Primark bikini's you have to get them there and then before they disappear. I love the design of this one, and the flowing part of the top if that makes sense. I also thought the pale shades might actually make me look tanned for a change.
The bikini top cost £4 and the bottoms £3.
The final item I picked up was a simple beauty essential; cosmetic/cotton pads for £1.50. Cotton pads are cotton pads, but these ones remind me of much higher priced ones like the ones from Boots. The ends are sewn together with different textures either side.
All in all I'm very impressed with my purchases; once again Primark you've provided fashionable products at a bargain price. And also made me start to crave booking a hot summer holiday.
Have you picked up any summer bits lately? Where do you shop for your bikinis?
