How is it already the middle of August? I'm not sure I can believe it but it does mean it is time for me to share my mid-month beauty favourites with you.
I have seven products for you this month, with one I have accidentally included again, I love the product that much.
First up is an old favourite of mine, the Palmer's Cocoa Butter. I have been loving using this moisturiser again especially since cocoa butter is one of my favourite scents in a moisturiser. I love how long the smell lingers on my skin for whilst being an excellent moisturiser.
Next up is the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, a product I forgot how much I loved until I took it away with me last month. It instantly cools me down, so much so I had my boyfriend stealing it on holiday. It also works great at setting makeup and creating a gorgeous dewy finish.
The Soap & Glory Whipped Clean Luxe Cream Wash Shower Butterhas been a product I haven't stopped using this month. It is essentially a shower gel and moisturiser in one. It is thicker than your average shower gel but it is amazing, and perfect for lazy days - it really does moisturise your skin. It also smells gorgeous, a mix between almond and cocoa butter.
Since I have been back from holiday I have been loving creating very soft smokey eyeshadow looks and there is two makeup brushes in particular that have been helping me achieve this. They are The Body Shop eyeshadow blender brushand the MUA E2 eyeshadow brush. Both brushes are exceptionally soft, with the Body Shop one being amazing at blending, and the MUA one perfect for adding definition in the crease of the eye.
Next up is the product I didn't realise I also included last month - the Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue. I love everything about this product. It is a lightweight base with SPF 30 and matches my skin perfectly. There is ten shades available, and it is one I definitely recommend you try if you haven't already.
My final favourite over the last four weeks is the Essence Maximum Definition Mascara. I love how the brush easily coats every lash, and adds both volume and curl to my lashes. The mascara is also the cheapest mascara I've ever tried at £1.99, one I really expected not to love as I am so fussy with mascaras, but I honestly really do.
What products have you been loving lately? Is there anything I need to add to my wishlist?
