The Body Shop mini haul and mini reviews.

the body shop haul nude foundation

If you are a regular reader of my blog you will know I am an avid fan of The Body Shop products, so when I heard they were releasing a new foundation I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Luckily I was nearing the end of my every day foundation so gave in, and purchased a couple of other bits as well.

The Body Shop Fresh Nude Foundation is the foundation I picked up. I have only used it a handful of times so far but I am really liking it. It feels really light on my skin, has a glow to it but also stops my skin from getting shiny anywhere. I love the finish, and the foundation itself has a slight tint of a rose smell to it which I also really like. It is definitely a foundation worth checking out if you haven’t already.

The next purchase was a repurchase; the Lightening Touch. This is a light-diffusing liquid concealer that I really tried to persuade myself I could live without it but after a month of not having it I decided that I really couldn’t live without it. I still use a regular concealer but this one works very well at brightening up the corners of my eye where my dark circles are darkest. It is definitely one of my favourite makeup products.

The last product was a complete random one but one I couldn’t resist when it cost me a mere £3 and had the word sparkling in the name. It is the Sparkling Black Mascara. I have never seen this before but loved the idea of sparkly lashes so knew it had to be in my collection. I have only tried this once so far and couldn’t really see the glitter, but I will keep giving it a go to see if I can spot that glitter.

What have you been purchasing lately? Have you tried any of these products from The Body Shop?
