Current Spring beauty favourites

Seeing as I didn’t share a beauty favourites post last month, I thought I would share my current Spring beauty favourites. When I usually start these posts I always seem to comment on how fast time seems to be going, but for once the time seems to be going slowly for me. I think it’s because I’m waiting for things and counting down to being over that halfway point in my pregnancy and our holiday next month… though I’m sure once I am over 20 weeks, time will feel like it’s racing past again. Anyway, enough about me, let’s get on with my current Spring beauty favourites, five products I have been absolutely loving.

I’ve actually been testing a different face cream as my day cream since I shared my post on Antipodes at the beginning of the month, but for the couple of months before that including last month, I have absolutely loved using this day cream from Antipodes. It’s one of the lightest intense day creams that I have ever tried which is something I love. It sinks in with ease meaning I can quickly get on with my makeup routine without having to wait for it to sink in. I love that it leaves my skin nourished and looking energised. It is a day cream you really need to try if you haven’t already.

Since the weather has warmed up I haven’t stopped reaching for the Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream as it has SPF 40, and I have seriously been enjoying it. I love the incredibly subtle tint it has to it that doesn’t really provide coverage but it does slightly even out my skin and illuminate it. On days where I can’t be bothered I’ve been using this as a super light base with a touch of concealer added, and on other days I’ve been using it as more of a primer. I absolutely love it both ways and can see this being a firm favourite for Spring and Summer.

The So…? Floral Crush EDP is a fragrance I was lucky enough to receive at a Blogosphere event last year, and one that I have fallen completely in love with. I love the delicate floral fragrance that is quite fresh on the skin. It has a Spring feel to it if that makes sense and it lasts really well too, so what’s not to love?

My next favourite is probably no surprise if you know how much I love Charlotte Tilbury; it is the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk. I’ve actually been trying to not use this as it is very well loved and getting closer and closer to being all used up, but I can’t seem to resist, and always want to put this on my lips. I adore the nude pink shade which seems to complement pretty much every makeup look and I love how long it lasts too

The Bourjois Push Up Volume Glamour Mascara was a product I actually received a while back in an Influenster box but it is only in the last month or so that I have started to reach for this on a daily basis. Since my LVL lashes have gone back to regular lashes this is the mascara I have been reaching for. I love that it adds both volume and length to my eyes and just provides my natural lashes with that something extra.
